The weekend will offer two pool session with time for question and answers af-ter each water workout:

• Saturday 11:45 – 1:00pm
• Debrief from 1:00 – 1:30
• Sunday 7:00 – 8:30am
• Open forum from 8:30—8:45

Head Coach Murray Drudge

Murray is now in his 15th season with NYAC. Coaching since 1978, he is considered one of the best club coaches in Canada. Murray’s swimmers have represented Canada at the National and Junior National level. Murray will be receiving the Ontario High performance coach of the year award for 2006 based on Julia Wilkinson’s amazing performance at the Summer Nationals and her Silver medal with the women 4×100 Freestyle relay at the 2006 Pan Pacific championships in Victoria.

The NYAC Triathlon Swim Program is designed to provide a swim training regimen for triathletes of all levels and experience. With the focus on stroke technique, endurance, strength, speed, and fun.

2010 – 2011 Highlights

Age Group Swimming:

• Swimmer Caitlin Hodge qualifies for 2010 Junior pan Pacific Team and the 2011 Youth and Junior Great Britain Tour Team.
• Swimmer Alex Hamilton qualifies for 2010 Canadian Tour Team North American Challenge.

Triathlon Swimming:

• Dave Douglas takes Top Placing Canadian 45 – 49 age group category at the 2010 World Triathlon Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
