SWIM - 750 m in the calm waters of Gillies Lake around a buoy-marked route.

The Transition Zone is at the Cul-de-Sac at the end of Lakeshore Street above lifeguard shack at Gillies Lake.
Kids Triathlon Course (Kids Triathlon Map)
SWIM - 100 m inside the buoy marked beach area of Gillies Beach. Children ages 7-10 may use life jackets or kickboards.
BIKE - 2.5 km bike ride around Gillies Lake Trail.
RUN - 750 m out and back run along Gillies Lake trail.
